浅析当前土建工程造价管理工作的问题与对策

Analysis on the Problems and Countermeasures of Current Civil Engineering Cost Management

对于土建工程造价的关键是工程造价的问题,它包括如何才能够确定造价的多少以及如何在一定范围内有效控制工程的造价。我们所研究的工程造价包括建设工程投资费用和价格管理两方面的内容。有效的控制工程造价不仅可以使单位的投资者获得更高的效益,而且在建筑方面可以为工人节省大量的时间和建设资金。本文基于现阶段工程造价管理存在的弊端,对土建工程造价管理问题提出对策。

The key to the cost of civil engineering is the problem of project cost,which includes how to determine the amount of cost and how to effectively control the cost of the project within a certain range.The project cost we studied includes two aspects:construction project investment cost and price management.Effective control of the project cost can not only enable the investors of the unit to obtain higher benefits,but also save a lot of time and construction funds for the workers in terms of construction.Based on the shortcomings of current project cost management,this paper puts forward countermeasures to the problems of civil engineering cost management.
