With the continuous development of China's economy and society,engineering project construction emphasizes innovation and transformation of project management models to improve the level of project management.With the expansion of geotechnical engineering project scale,engineering survey design and construction technology are also innovating.Survey and design is an important part of project construction.The quality of survey and design will directly affect the later construction and overall quality and safety of the project.Promoting the integration of geotechnical engineering survey,design and construction is an inevitable trend to improve project management.This paper discusses the ways to realize the integration of geotechnical engineering survey,design and construction,hoping to have some enlightenment for advancing the construction and development of geotechnical engineering projects.
