装饰设计公司市场营销策略研究

摘要 随着时代的发展和居住环境质量的提高,人们对空间装饰设计的需求也在逐渐增大,装饰设计公司的队伍也随之壮大。数量的激增,导致装饰设计行业市场鱼龙混杂,水平层次不齐,公司与公司之间竞争激烈。其中很多中小型装饰设计公司管理体制还不够完善,发展不成熟,服务质量和售后维护跟不上。随着市场的发展,这类装饰设计公司必将不能跟上时代,要面临淘汰。要形成有规模的装饰设计公司势必要进行转型来适应市场发展趋势。 With the development of the times and the improvement of the quality of the living environment,people's demand for space decoration design is gradually increasing,and the team of decoration design companies has also grown.The rapid increase in the number has led to a mixed market in the decoration design industry,with uneven levels and fierce competition between companies.Many of the small and medium-sized decoration design companies have insufficient management systems,immature development,and poor service quality and after-sales maintenance.With the development of the market,such decoration design companies will not be able to keep up with the times and will face elimination.To form a large-scale decoration design company,it is necessary to transform to adapt to the market development trend.
