基于聚类分析的电力协议库存物资跨省调配研究

Research on Trans-provincial Allocation of Power Agreement Inventory Based on Cluster Analysis

随着协议库存采购规模的不断扩大,需进一步完善协议库存物资跨省跨、跨区域调配机制,以推动协议库存全网统筹共享工作的开展。针对电网协议库存物资跨省调配问题,在分析当前跨省调配存在问题后,对协议库存物资采购历史数据进行挖掘,从物资通用性、采购规模、履约时效性三方面对协议库存物资进行分类。在此基础上,确定适合跨省调配物资的范围及不同物资适合的调配策略,实现不同区域物资的合理调配,打破区域间资源共享的壁垒。

With the continuous expansion of the procurement scale of agreement inventory,it is necessary to further improve the trans-provincial and trans-regional allocation mechanism of agreement inventory materials,so as to promote the overall planning and sharing of agreement inventory network.Aiming at the problem of trans-provincial allocation of power grid agreement inventory materials,after analyzing the existing problems of trans-provincial allocation,the historical data of agreement inventory materials procurement are mined,and the agreement inventory materials are classified from three aspects of material universality,procurement scale and performance timeliness.On this basis,the scope of materials suitable for trans-provincial allocation and the allocation strategies for different materials are determined,so as to realize the rational allocation of materials in different regions,and breaks the barriers of resource sharing among regions.
