对严寒地区空心砌块冬期砌筑施工的深入研究

摘要 哈尔滨冬季漫长寒冷,年有效施工期仅为6个月,存在施工有效期短、任务重、工期压力大、需要进行冬期施工,然而冬期施工成本高,质量难以保证,尤其是大面积空心砌块因砌体结构尺寸薄、砂浆用量少、纵向长、竖向高,冬期施工保温实施难度非常大;本文对严寒地区空心砌块冬期砌筑施工进行了深入研究,总结出了适用于严寒地区空心砌块冬期砌筑施工技术和质量控制措施,同时有效降低冬期施工成本,其结果可在类似施工中予以借鉴。 Harbin's winter is long and cold,and the annual effective construction period is only 6 months.The construction period is short,the task is heavy,the construction period is under pressure,and winter construction is required.However,the winter construction cost is high and the quality is difficult to guarantee,especially for large-area hollow masonry.Due to the thin masonry structure,the small amount of mortar,the longitudinal length,and the high vertical direction,it is very difficult to implement thermal insulation in winter.The winter masonry construction technology and quality control measures of regional hollow blocks,while effectively reducing winter construction costs,the results can be used for reference in similar construction.
