摘要
气缸套是内燃机燃烧室的主要组成部分,在高温高压的条件下,能承受活塞和活塞环的高速滑动摩擦。本文在综合分析了国内外激光加工技术的基础上,提出了对传统发动机气缸套进行激光网格状淬火设计。这样就完成了工件表面的相变硬化。提高了发动机气缸套硬度,也提高了耐磨损度和寿命,能创造良好的社会效益和经济效益。
The cylinder liner is the main part of the combustion chamber of internal combustion engine.Under the condition of high temperature and high pressure,it can withstand the high-speed sliding friction between piston and piston ring.Based on the comprehensive analysis of laser processing technology at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the design of laser grid quenching for traditional engine cylinder liner.This completes the transformation hardening of the workpiece surface.It not only improves the hardness of engine cylinder liner,but also improves the wear resistance and service life,and can create good social and economic benefits.
