摘要
在金属材料布氏硬度试验方法的基础上,推导出一种在固定硬度的材料上压入一定深度所需压力的计算方法,该方法可以用来计算转子导条滚压涨紧压力,其计算结果与试验结果一致,可以作为机床设计改造的理论依据。
Based on the Brinell hardness test method of metal materials,a calculation method of the pressure required to press into a certain depth on a material with fixed hardness is deduced,this method can be used to calculate the rolling tightening pressure of rotor-bar,the calculated results are consistent with the experimental results,it can be used as the theoretical basis for the design and transformation of machine tools.
