摘要
本文主要介绍一台比亚迪e5电动车无法上电故障的诊断与排除的过程,根据车辆故障现象,对车辆高压系统进行检测,发现车辆高压互锁回路出现故障,经检测与维修后,车辆"OK"灯亮起,故障排除。
This paper mainly introduces the diagnosis and troubleshooting process of a BYD E5 electric vehicle unable to power on.According to the vehicle fault phenomenon,the vehicle high-voltage system is detected.It is found that the vehicle high-voltage interlock circuit is faulty.After detection and maintenance,the vehicle"OK"light is on and the fault is eliminated.
