摘要
基于国六排放法规,轻型汽车燃油蒸发排放控制系统增加了OBD系统,来实现系统泄漏等故障诊断功能。DTESK诊断模式在硬件上增加了压力传感器、碳罐通风阀等,可实现系统泄漏诊断,以及通气阀堵塞、高脱附时管路内无脱附流量等内容。但受条件限制,故障码所指示的故障可能与实际故障原因存在差异,需要调查分析。例如某车型路试时碳罐滤清器堵塞却引起ECU报出碳罐通风阀堵塞故障。
In order to meet the CN-6 regulation,the OBD system is added to the fuel evaporation emission control system of light-duty vehicle,which to realize the fault diagnosis of system leakage.Among them,DTESK diagnostic mode adds pressure sensor,carbon ventilation valve and other hardware,which can realize system leakage diagnosis,ventilation valve blockage,no desorption flow in the pipeline when high desorption.However,due to limitations,the fault indicated by the fault code may be different from the actual fault cause,which require additional investigation and analysis.For example,the ECU misreported the fault code of carbon ventilation valve blockage during the road test of a car model,but the actual fault was blockage of carbon filter.
