摘要
随着中国经济的向好发展,科学技术逐渐成为第一生产力,现代化机械设计制造工艺可以有效提升整个机械生产效率以及机械生产的质量,对我国整体机械工业发展也有着极为重要的意义。机械设计制造工艺中也形成了主要三种应用模式:集成化的生产加工模式、智能化的生产加工模式、低碳化的生产加工模式。本文基于现代化机械设计制造工艺及精密加工技术分析,首先提出现代化机械设计制造工艺的意义及应用,然后指出现代化机械设计制造工艺的特点,进而提出自动化机械设计制造工艺应用效果,分析现代化机械设计制造工艺的具体应用方面,最后阐述现代化机械精密加工技术。
With the sound development of China’s economy,science and technology have gradually become the primary productive forces.Modern machinery design and manufacturing technology can effectively improve the overall machinery production efficiency and the quality of machinery production,and it is also of great significance to the development of my country’s overall machinery industry.Three main application modes have also been formed in the mechanical design and manufacturing process:integrated production and processing mode,intelligent production and processing mode,and low-carbon production and processing mode.Based on the analysis of modern machinery design and manufacturing technology and precision processing technology,this article first proposes the meaning and application of modern machinery design and manufacturing technology,then points out the characteristics of modern machinery design and manufacturing technology,and then proposes the application effects of automated machinery design and manufacturing technology,and analyzes modern machinery design and manufacturing.In terms of the specific application of the craft,the modern precision machining technology of machinery is finally explained.
