摘要
合理使用机械产品可以有效提高工程质量和工作效率,机械化水平的不断提高,致使机械设备大幅度增加。随着人们环保意识的增强,机械制造业环境问题越来越受到重视。机械产品的不科学生产会产生大量废弃物,成为环境污染源头。为促进机械制造业的可持续发展,迫切需要将低碳环保和节约资源的现代绿色设计理念融入机械产品设计与制造中。基于此,本次针对绿色设计法在内燃机等机械设计制造中的应用必要性与具体应用展开分析和探讨。
The rational use of mechanical products can effectively improve the quality of engineering and work efficiency,the level of mechanization,resulting in a substantial increase in mechanical equipment.Along with the enhancement of people’s environmental protection consciousness,the environmental problem of machinery manufacturing industry is paid more and more attention.Unscientific production of mechanical products will produce a large number of waste products and become a source of environmental pollution.In order to promote the sustainable development of machinery manufacturing industry,it is urgent to integrate the modern green design concept of low-carbon environmental protection and resource saving into the design and manufacture of machinery products.Based on this,this paper analyzes and discusses the necessity and concrete application of green design method in the design and manufacture of internal combustion engine and other machinery.
