大功率三电平逆变器SPWM载波调制策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文针对传统大功率三电平SPWM控制算法实现的方法和亟待解决的问题,提出了通过在三相正弦波调制波中注入零序分量的调制方法,可将三电平SPWM与SVPWM进行等效,使调制控制软件和硬件的复杂性大大降低。此外,为了改善系统在低调制度下的输出电压波形的谐波特性,本文进一步提出了一种引入零电压分量和载波交叠的新型SPWM调制控制方式,很好地改善系统在低调制度下的输出电压波形的谐波特性。最后搭建了三电平逆变器软件仿真和样机试验平台,充分验证了算法的正确性和有效性。 This paper studies and analyzes the traditional high-power three-level SPWM control algorithm and the problems that need to be solved,proposes a modulation method by injecting zero-sequence components into a three-phase sine wave modulated wave.This method can make the three-level SPWM and SVPWM equivalent,The complexity of modulation control software and hardware is greatly reduced.In addition,In order to improve the harmonic characteristics of the output voltage waveform of the system at low modulation,This paper further proposes a new SPWM modulation control method that introduces zero voltage component and carrier overlap.and very good to improve the harmonic characteristics of the output voltage waveform of the system at low modulation.Finally,a three-level inverter software simulation platform is built,which fully verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the algorithm.
