人工智能对就业影响的三维差异与教育应对分析——基于文献综述的视角 被引量:3

摘要 随着人工智能的迅速发展与就业形势的日益严峻,人工智能对就业的影响不断增强。论文对国内外有关人工智能对就业影响的研究文献进行综合考察,试图把握人工智能对就业影响的研究现状,同时为教育部门有效应对人工智能对就业的影响提供政策建议。研究发现,人工智能对就业规模、就业结构和就业质量的影响具有三维差异,且随着人工智能的发展与成熟,这种三维差异呈现扩大趋势。三维差异存在的根源,是因为人工智能技术进步性质的改变、不同工作岗位被人工智能技术替代概率有别和不同区域或部门中劳动者自身素质有异。未来教育应科学预测人工智能对人才数量和质量的新要求,学校教育应增设人工智能学科专业教学内容,推动情感性教育和终身学习深入开展,以实现人工智能迅速发展和社会充分高质量就业双重目标的平衡。 With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology and the severe situation of employment, the research on the impact of artificial intelligence on employment is constantly enriched.This paper makes a comprehensive review of the literature on the impact of artificial intelligence on employment at home and abroad, trying to grasp the current situation of artificial intelligence and Employment Research, and at the same time to provide policy recommendations for the education sector to effectively deal with the impact of artificial intelligence on employment.The study found, the impact of artificial intelligence on employment scale, employment structure and employment quality is different, and as the development and maturity of artificial intelligence, this difference has an increasing trend. The root cause of the three-dimensional difference is that the nature of the technology is different, the job position is different, and the quality of the workers is different too.Future education should scientific prediction of the new requirements of artificial intelligence on the quantity and quality of talents,increase the teaching content of artificial intelligence subjects, promote the in-depth development of emotional education and lifelong learning,in order to achieve a balance between the rapid development of artificial intelligence and the dual goal of sufficient high-quality employment in society.
