摘要
人工智能时代需要对劳动教育重新进行定位,改革势在必行。研究将劳动教育作为一种耗散结构系统,基于教育生态学视角审视劳动教育,发现其具有结构开放和多维互动两大基本特征;蕴含了以培养学生良好劳动素养为价值根基,促进人的全面发展的生态内涵。但同时其也存在诸多生态病理:智能工具泛滥应用导致劳动育人的价值理念失衡;劳动教育内容最适度原则部分失效;课程学习评价方式单一阻碍劳动教育发展;劳动教育的场域窄化导致教育生态链联结脆弱。为推动人工智能时代劳动教育生态系统可持续发展,研究提出了应对策略:坚定劳动育人的精神旨归,合理运用智能工具;遵循最适度原则,创设和谐的劳动教育生态环境;多元协同、全面客观地评价劳动教育质量;践行心行合一的教学实践,巩固劳动教育生态链。
In the era of artificial intelligence, labor education needs to be repositioned, and reform is imperative. Taking labor education as a dissipative structural system, examining labor education based on the perspective of education ecology, it is found that it has the two basic characteristics of structural openness and multi-dimensional interaction;it contains the value foundation of cultivating students’ good labor literacy and promoting the all-round development of people. Ecological connotation, but there are many ecological pathologies at the same time: the proliferation of intelligent tools leads to the imbalance of the value concept of labor education;the principle of the most appropriate content of labor education is partially invalid;the single evaluation method of curriculum learning hinders the development of labor education;the narrowing of the field of labor education leads to The education ecological chain is fragile. In order to promote the sustainable development of the labor education ecosystem in the era of artificial intelligence, countermeasures are proposed: firm the spiritual purpose of labor education, rational use of intelligent tools;follow the principle of optimality to create a harmonious labor education ecological environment;multiple coordination, comprehensive and objective Evaluate the quality of labor education;practice the teaching practice of unity of body and practice, and consolidate the ecological chain of labor education.
