新时代高校劳动教育的现实遮蔽及理性反思

Realistic Concealment and Rational Reflection of Labor Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

新时代高校劳动教育对于深化劳动概念的时代新认知、树立科学的劳动观和劳动态度、强化对专业理论知识的现实观照、用理论照亮未来现实发展道路等具有重要作用。目前劳动教育虽然已经取得一定成效,但仍存在将教学形式固化为课堂教学、教学内容窄化为劳动实践活动、教育目标偏离育人为先的主线等认知上的问题。对此,我们应体悟劳动教育的科学内涵并实现劳动主体的本真复归,强化专业知识技能的掌握以扎实其理论功底,拓宽多样态的活动形式以丰富其实践指涉,体认育人的本质要求以实现理论与劳动实践的双向促动。

The labor education of colleges and universities in the new era has important functions to deepen the new understanding of labor concepts,establish a scientific outlook on labor and labor attitude,strengthen the realistic view of professional theoretical knowledge,and use theories to illuminate the road of future realistic development.Although labor education has achieved certain results,there are still cognitive problems such as solidifying the teaching form into classroom teaching,narrowing the teaching content to labor practice activities,and deviating from the main line of educating people.In this regard,we should realize the scientific connotation of labor education and realize the return of the main body of labor,strengthen the mastery of professional knowledge and skills to solidify its theoretical foundation,broaden the diverse forms of activities to enrich its practical reference,and recognize the essential requirements of educating people in order to realize the two-way promotion of theory and labor practice.
