基于技术成熟度理论的磁共振成像系统硬件技术评价研究

摘要 目的对当前磁共振硬件技术核心子技术的价值与成熟度进行评价,为政府管理、医院设备采购、产业研发方向提供依据。方法基于技术成熟度理论,建立了医疗器械技术成熟度评价模型,通过德尔菲专家咨询法、文献调查法对磁共振硬件技术的成熟度与价值进行研究。结果经过3轮邮件调研和现场研讨会,完善技术成熟度分级的定义,形成最终的评价模型,在此基础上,32项磁共振硬件技术核心子技术由专家打分进行系统量化,并将磁共振技术成熟度评价绘制于S-曲线上,完成核心技术的价值与成熟度评价工作。结论利用技术成熟度模型完成的磁共振技术成熟度曲线提供了技术的当前位置与发展趋势,还形成了新技术价值评价图,可以为行政管理部门、医院和产业管理者等提供决策依据。 Objective To evaluate the value and maturity of the core sub-technology of the current magnetic resonance hardware technology,and to provide a basis for government management,hospital equipment procurement,and industrial research and development.Methods Based on the technology maturity theory,the medical device technology maturity evaluation model was established,and the maturity and value of magnetic resonance hardware technology were studied by Delphi expert consultation method and literature survey method.Results After 3 rounds of the email survey and on-site seminars,the definition of technology maturity classification was improved,and the final evaluation model was formed.The resonant technology maturity evaluation was drawn on the S-curve to complete the evaluation of the value and maturity of the core technology.Conclusion The MRI technology maturity curve completed by the technology maturity model provides the current position and development trend of technology,and also forms a new technology value evaluation chart,which can provide decision-making basis for administrative departments,hospitals and industrial managers.
