摘要
目的更改手术室可收费低值耗材已领待用的旧模式,采用备货二级库套餐包新模式实现零差额的理想状态。方法采用统一集中在手术室5楼备货的形式先用后开票,在病人已结算出院后供应商可在结算开票界面进行发票登记。结果通过统计学分析,手术室低值耗材收费零差额、手术室可收费缝线与止血纱的成本控制、手术室护士满意度、人力、时间与管理比较的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用手术室备货先用后开票的新模式,可极大降低手术室成本,实现低值耗材管理的规范化、信息化、智能化和精益化。
Objective To change the old model of operating room that can charge low-value consumables for use,and adopt the new model of stocking secondary library package to achieve the ideal state of zero balance.Methods By centralizing the stock on the 5th floor of the operating room,the supplier recorded and prepared invoices on the billing interface after that the patients were settled and discharged.Results Statistical analysis showed that there were statistically significant in the zero difference in the charge of low-value consumables in the operating room,the cost control of chargeable suture and hemostatic yarn in the operating room,the satisfaction of operating room nurses,manpower,time and management(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of the new model of operating room stocking and invoicing can greatly reduce operating room costs,and can achieve standardization,informatization,intelligence,and lean management of low-value consumables.
