金宝AK系列血液透析机AB吸液管清理维护方法的研究

摘要 目的探讨金宝AK系列血液透析机AB吸液管的清理维护方法。方法采用加热后的透析用水对透析后的AB吸液管进行处理,通过对比不同水温、浸泡时间及透析班次的AB吸液管上结晶及残留液中的离子含量,确定最佳的处理条件。结果随着处理水温升高和时间延长,透析液AB管上的结晶及残留被洗脱下来的量越多,且具有显著的差异(P<0.05),而水温超过80℃、时间超过60 s时没有显著差异(P>0.05)。在透析一班、二班、三班后进行处理时,AB吸液管上出现的结晶和残留液中的钠、钾、钙离子没有显著差别(P>0.05)。结论最佳的处理条件为每日透析结束后用80℃的透析用水浸泡60 s,此方法操作简单、维护成本低、处理效果好,可降低透析机故障率。 Objective To discuss the cleaning and maintenance methods of AB suction pipe of GAMBRO AK series hemodialysis machine.Methods The heated dialysate was used to treat the AB suction pipe,and the ion content in the crystallization and residual liquid of AB suction pipe with different water temperature,soaking time and frequency was compared to determine the optimum treatment conditions.Results More crystals and residues on the dialysate AB tube were eluted with the increase of water temperature and the prolongation of time,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference when the water temperature exceeded 80℃and the time exceeded 60 s(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the crystals appearing in AB pipette,as well as the sodium,potassium,and calcium ions in the residual liquid when the treatment was carried out after the first,second and third shifts of dialysis(P>0.05).Conclusion The optimal treatment condition is to soak the AB suction pipe in 80℃dialysis water for 60 s after daily dialysis.The method has the advantages of simple operation and low cost with good treatment effect.It can reduce the failure rate of dialysis machine.
