山东省1.5T及以上MRI配置使用现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Current Situation of MRI Configuration and Use of 1.5 T and Above in Shandong Province

目的针对山东省1.5 T及以上MRI配置使用情况进行调查,旨在为卫生健康主管部门及设备使用单位对1.5 T及以上MRI的管理方法提供依据。方法采取调查问卷的方法对我省434家医疗机构的MRI配置使用情况进行调查分析,并根据调查结果提出管理方法。结果各级各类医疗机构的MRI在其配置数量、资金来源、使用效率、性能分布、维修保养情况、质检力度及频率方面呈现不同的差异。结论应强化医院医务人员对1.5 T及以上MRI配置的临床使用原理与技术性问题的认知,规范其应用,保证设备的有效实施和保养维护。本文调查结果可为相关监管部门提供管理依据。

Objective To investigate the use of MRI configuration of 1.5 T and above in Shandong Province,in order to provide a basis for the management methods of MRI of 1.5 T and above for health authorities and equipment users.Methods The questionnaire method was used to investigate and analyze the MRI configuration and usage of 434 medical institutions in our province,and management methods were proposed according to the survey.Results It was found that MRIs of various medical institutions at all levels showed different differences in the number of configurations,funding sources,use efficiency,performance distribution,maintenance,quality inspection intensity and frequency.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the medical staff’s understanding of the clinical principles and technical issues of MRI configuration with 1.5 T and above,standardize its application,and ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the equipment.The results of this study can provide management basis for the relevant regulatory authorities.
