中考体育改革的价值取向与两难博弈

中考体育是我国学校体育的重要组成部分,是加强中学体育和增进学生健康的重要手段。在体教融合和体育纳入高考的大背景下,厘清中考体育改革的价值取向和相关问题尤为重要。我国新一轮中考体育改革的价值取向可以概括为"一体一中心两层两翼"。"一体一中心"是指以学生为主体、以学生身心健康全面发展为中心,"两层"是指重视过程性评价、增加考试内容的选择性,"两翼"是指提高中考体育分值、增加测试项目种类。中考体育改革面临众多两难博弈,涉及科学性、公平性、可行性等要素,处理好各要素及其内部的矛盾,坚持"双轮驱动、两翼齐飞"是中考体育改革良性发展的关键。
