摘要
以拟南芥、平邑甜茶幼苗为试材,研究了本实验室分离鉴定的拮抗菌贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis) XC1对连作土壤酚酸类物质含量及植株生长的影响。结果表明:室内试验贝莱斯芽孢杆菌XC1可促进拟南芥侧根发根,同时对较高浓度根皮苷的降解率达51.6%。盆栽试验贝莱斯芽孢杆菌XC1显著降低苹果连作土壤酚酸类物质的含量,增加了连作土壤再植平邑甜茶幼苗根系抗氧化酶活性、叶片叶绿素含量及光合参数,进而促进了平邑甜茶幼苗生长。因此,贝莱斯芽孢杆菌XC1除具有已知的拮抗作用外,还具有促生和降解酚酸的功能,其可作为减轻苹果连作障碍的有效措施。
Arabidopsis and Malus hupehensis seedlings were used as materials to study the effect of antagonistic bacterium(Bacillus velezensis XC1) on phenolic acid and the growth of plant in apple replant soil. The results showed that Bacillus velezensis XC1 could promote the growth of lateral roots of Arabidopsis, and degrade the phlorizin content to 51.6%. In pot experiment, Bacillus velezensis XC1 significantly decreased the content of phenolic acids in apple replanted soil, increased the antioxidant enzyme activity of roots, chlorophyll content and photosynthetic parameters of leaves, and then promoted the growth of M. hupehensis seedlings in replant soil. Therefore, Bacillus velezensis XC1 also has the ability to degrade the phenolic acids and promote the growth of M. hupehensis seedlings, which can be used as an effective measure to reduce apple replanted disease.
