摘要
针对锻造人工上料劳动强度大、现场环境恶劣等现状,结合实际生产工艺提出了人机协作半自动化生产架构,并设计了相应的工艺流程和控制系统。结合目前主流的PLC和工业机器人技术对此系统进行控制和驱动,以保证其稳定性和柔性扩展能力。搭建了PLC和压力机、工业机器人、人机界面之间的稳定通讯;设计了操作人员、工业机器人、压力机之间的安全防护机制。针对生产工艺特点,设计的软件配方可实现百余种产品的稳定上料。实践证明,该系统操作简单、安全可靠,实现了多品种、小批量的人机协作半自动化生产。
For the current situation of manual feeding in forging,such as high labor intensity and harsh on-site environment,combined with the actual production process,a human-machine cooperation semi-automated production framework was proposed,and the corresponding process flow and control system were designed.Then,combined the current mainstream PLC and industrial robot technology,this system was controlled and driven to ensure its stability and flexible expansion capabilities.Furthermore,a stable communication among PLC,press,industrial robot and human-machine interface was built,and a safety protection mechanism among operators,industrial robots and press was designed.According to the characteristics of production process,the designed software recipe realized the stable feeding of more than one hundred products.The practice shows that the system is easy to operate,safe and reliable,and realizes the semi-automatic production of multi-variety and small-batch human-machine collaboration.
