摘要
为了优化大宽厚比工业铝型材的挤压速度,以某大宽厚比空心6005A工业铝材为例,利用HyperXtrude软件,针对不同的挤压速度进行了稳态挤压数值模拟仿真。结果表明:当挤压速度大于2.2 mm·s^(-1)时,型材的出口速度和出口温度不均匀性随着挤压速度的增大而迅速增加;当挤压速度大于3.4 mm·s^(-1)时,挤压力会超出挤压机的最大极限压力。最后,利用挤压生产理论知识对仿真结果进行对比分析,确定了该大宽厚比6005A空心铝合金型材在90 MN挤压机上的合理挤压速度范围为1.0~2.2 mm·s^(-1)。利用优化后的挤压速度进行实际生产,挤压出合格的型材,证明了挤压速度优化数值的可靠性。
In order to optimize the extrusion speed of industrial aluminum profiles with large width to thickness ratio,for a certain hollow industrial 6005 A aluminum profile with large width to thickness ratio,and the numerical simulation of steady-state extrusion for different extrusion speeds was conducted by software HyperXtrude.The results show that when the extrusion speed is greater than 2.2 mm·s^(-1),the inhomogeneities of outlet speed and outlet temperature increase rapidly with the increasing of extrusion speed.When the extrusion speed is greater than 3.4 mm·s^(-1),the extrusion pressure exceeds the maximum ultimate pressure of extruder.Finally,using the theoretical knowledge of extrusion production to compare and analyze the simulation results,it is determined that the reasonable extrusion speed range of the hollow 6005 A aluminum alloy profile with large width to thickness ratio on the extruder of 90 MN is 1.0-2.2 mm·s^(-1).The optimized extrusion speed is used for the actual production,and the qualified profiles are extruded to prove the reliability of the optimized values of extrusion speed.
