摘要
根据强制断开开关的结构特点、工作特性以及性能要求确定临界结构曲线的数学表达式,并将其作为模型参数建立了有限元模型,对强制断开开关的整个动作过程进行仿真,根据动作阶段不同的接触特性将完整动作过程分为两个阶段:第1阶段,分析位于凹面接触时不同转角对接触状态以及应力分布的影响;第2阶段,分析位于基圆处接触时不同服役阶段应力分布特点。将分析结果应用于Archard模型中计算对应结构的磨损量,同时分析了磨损量对过程参量的影响,并以一组实例进行迭代计算以说明其磨损特性,并根据计算结果对临界结构曲线进行优化改进,保证强制断开开关可满足使用寿命要求。
The mathematical expression of critical structure curve was determined according to the structural characteristics,working characteristics and performance requirements of forced disconnecting switch,and the finite element model was established by taking it as a model parameter to simulate the entire action process of the forced disconnecting switch.Then,the complete action process was divided into two stages according to different contact characteristics of the action stage.The first stage analyzed the influence of different rotation angles on contact state and stress distribution when the concave surface was in contact.The second stage analyzed the stress distribution characteristics of different service stages when the contact was on the base circle.And the analysis results were applied to Archard model to calculate the wear amount of corresponding structures and analyzed the influence of wear amount on process parameters.Furthermore,the wear characteristics were illustrated by a set of examples to perform iterative calculations,and the critical structure curve was improved according to the calculation results to ensure that the forced disconnecting switch can meet the service life requirements.
