国内外DC53模具钢组织及力学性能对比研究 被引量:5

Comparative research on microstructure and mechanical properties of DC53 die steel made in China and abroad

摘要 通过化学成分、金相、SEM、EDS、XRD、硬度和韧性等实验,对国内外DC53冷作模具钢的显微组织和力学性能进行对比。结果表明:国内外DC53冷作模具钢的原材料化学成分无明显差异,退火态的进口DC53模具钢拥有比国产DC53模具钢更好的洁净度和更为均匀的碳化物分布,进口与国产DC53模具钢的退火硬度分别为240和255 HBS。经相同的标准热处理(淬火+回火)后,分别测得进口与国产DC53模具钢中含有4.56%和3.23%的残余奥氏体;进口DC53模具钢热处理后的硬度和韧性测试结果分别为61.9 HRC和11.6 J;国产DC53模具钢热处理后的硬度和韧性测试结果分别为61.6 HRC和7.6 J。经热处理后两种钢的硬度相当,但进口DC53模具钢的韧性更为优异。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of DC53 cold working die steels in China and abroad were compared by experiments of chemical composition,metallography,SEM,EDS,XRD,hardness and toughness.The results show that there is no significant difference in the chemical compositions of raw materials for DC53 cold working die steels in China and abroad,imported DC53 die steel in annealed state has better cleanliness and more uniform carbide distribution than domestic DC53 die steel,and the annealed hardness of imported and domestic DC53 die steels are 240 and 255 HBS,respectively.After the same standard heat treatment(quenching+tempering),4.56%and 3.23%retained austenite are measured in imported and domestic DC53 die steels respectively,and the hardness and toughness test results of imported and domestic DC53 die steels after heat treatment are 61.9 HRC and 11.6 J,61.6 HRC and 7.6 J,respectively.Thus,their hardness after heat treatment is comparable,but the toughness of imported DC53 die steel is more excellent.
