摘要 管汇吊放安装是海洋油气水下生产系统布放的重要环节。确定管汇的附加质量系数和阻力系数,对准确模拟其在海上吊放过程中受到的水动力和运动方程至关重要。结合大学生创新教学实验相关内容,基于Morison方程及数学推导,设计了一套可用于管汇水动力系数测量的强迫振荡实验系统。该系统包括管汇模型、产生周期性运动的绞车系统、拉力、位移传感器以及数据采集系统,通过采集的数据计算管汇模型受到的水动力进而求得其水动力系数,为仿真模拟提供基础数据。该实验实现了实验教学与工程实际问题的有机结合,促进了大学生创新实践能力的提高。 Manifold lifting installation is an important part in the deployment of underwater production systems in offshore oil and gas exploration.It is crucial to determine the added mass coefficient and damping coefficient of the manifold for accurately simulating hydrodynamic force acting on the manifold and its motion equations in the process of offshore lifting.Combined with the relevant contents of innovative teaching experiment for college students,a set of forced oscillation experimental system for measuring hydrodynamic coefficient of manifold is designed based on Morison equation and mathematical derivation.The system includes manifold model,winch system that generates harmonically motion,tension sensor,displacement sensors,and data acquisition system.Hydrodynamic force of manifold is calculated through the collected data and then the hydrodynamic coefficient is deduced,which provides basic data for simulation.This experiment realizes the organic combination of experimental teaching and practical engineering problems,and promotes the improvement of college students'innovative practice ability.
