摘要
以天然产物壳聚糖为原料,经过交联聚合、接枝改性、模板离子处理制备改性壳聚糖小球。对其结构进行了红外表征,并用于从水溶液中吸附去除Cr(Ⅵ)。分别探讨了吸附时间、pH值、初始物浓度对吸附容量的影响,使用改性壳聚糖小球重复做了8次吸附、脱附实验。实验结果表明,改性壳聚糖小球具有较高的吸附容量和良好的重复使用性,适合作为一种Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附剂。该实验条件简单、结果可靠,涉及多学科知识,有利于提高学生的动手能力和综合思考能力。
Modified chitosan beads are prepared from natural product chitosan by crosslinking polymerization,grafting modification and template ion treatment.Its structure is characterized by IR and used to remove Cr(VI)from aqueous solution.The effects of adsorption time,pH value and initial concentration on the adsorption capacity are discussed.Eight adsorption and desorption experiments are repeated by using modified chitosan beads.The experimental results show that the modified chitosan beads have high adsorption capacity and good reusability,which is suitable as an adsorbent for Cr(Ⅵ).The experimental conditions are simple,and the results are reliable,involving multi-disciplinary knowledge,which is conducive to improving students'practical ability and comprehensive thinking ability.
