摘要 该文设计一种基于Gem5模拟器和NVMain模拟器的混合存储全系统构建模拟实验方法,以更好地对混合存储体系架构的性能优化进行研究分析。文章对混合存储体系框架进行分析,阐述Gem5模拟器和NVMain模拟器的特性及它们的源程序结构;介绍如何构建Gem5全系统运行环境、基于NVMain模块配置混合存储组件,以及相应测试程序集的配置过程;对构建的配置了混合存储模块的全系统进行了模拟测试。实验结果表明,该文构建的混合存储系统实验方法有效可行。 This paper designs a simulation experiment method of hybrid storage system construction based on Gem5 simulator and NVMain simulator,which is benefit for studying and analyzing performance optimization of hybrid storage architecture.This paper analyzes the framework of hybrid storage architecture,and introduces the characteristics and source code architecture of Gem5 simulator and NVMain simulator at first.Then it introduces how to construct the whole system running environment of Gem5,deploy hybrid storage components based on NVMain simulator,and the configuration process of the corresponding test suite.Finally,the whole system with hybrid storage architecture is simulated and tested.The experimental results show that the hybrid storage system experimental method designed in this paper is effective and feasible.
