Development and teaching application of electro-hydraulic servo shaking table

摘要 为增强流体传动与控制专业学生的实践能力,解决该专业概念抽象的教学难题,搭建了一套二自由度电液伺服振动台。文章分析了振动台工作原理,建立了系统数学模型,并利用快速原型控制技术,指导学生开发了多通道系统闭环控制程序,获取了响应曲线,分析了实验台的动态跟踪性能,探索了电液伺服振动平台在实验教学中的应用。教学实践表明,基于电液伺服振动台进行实验教学,能够加深学生对理论知识的理解,提高学生将理论知识应用于实践的能力,也为机电液一体化相关专业实验教学提供了一种新型平台。 In order to enhance the practical ability of students majoring in fluid transmission and control, and solve the teaching problems of abstract concepts of the major, a set of two degree of freedom electro-hydraulic servo shaking table is built. In this paper, the working principle of the shaking table is analyzed, the mathematical model of the system is established, and the rapid prototyping control technology is used to guide students to develop the closed-loop control program of multi-channel system. The response curve is obtained, the dynamic tracking performance of the experimental table is analyzed, and the application of electro-hydraulic servo shaking table in experimental teaching is explored. The teaching practice shows that experimental teaching combined with electro-hydraulic servo shaking table can deepen students’ understanding of theoretical knowledge, improve their ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practice, and also provide a new table for experimental teaching of electromechanical-hydraulic integration related majors.
