摘要
为提升显微成像平台科研价值和国家重点实验室科研服务能力,实验室通过实施合理购置、分类安置和管理设备,科学规划设备使用,制定科学化、系统化的培训流程,切实做好平台对外开放共享等措施,经5年实践,实现平台高效运转,并推动高水平论文发表和实验新方法开发,为科研教学提供了有力保障和支持。
In order to improve the scientific research value of the microscopic imaging platform and the scientific research service ability of the national key laboratory,the platform realizes the efficient operation through the implementation of reasonable purchase of equipment,classified placement and management,scientific planning of equipment use and management,scientific and systematic training process,and the opening and sharing of the platform.After 5 years of practice,the platform promotes the publication of high-level papers and the development of new experimental methods,which provides strong guarantee and support for scientific research and teaching.
