摘要 为深入探索钢混叠合梁在车辆荷载作用下2种材料的结合情况及实际受力状态,从而对其工作性能进行合理有效评估,以嘉善塘桥钢混叠合梁为研究对象,通过MIDAS建立其有限元分析模型,采用有限元模拟计算分析和现场荷载试验结果进行对比分析的方法,研究了钢混叠合梁在车辆荷载作用下的应力、应变分布规律。通过对比研究表明,荷载试验结果与有限元模拟计算结果具有较好的一致性,主梁在车辆荷载下的应力及变形均小于理论值,桥梁处于弹性工作状态,桥梁整体工作性能良好,具有承受预定设计荷载的强度和刚度,满足设计要求。 In order to deeply explore the combination of the two materials and the actual stress state of the steel-concrete composite beam under the vehicle load, then evaluate its working performance reasonably and effectively, this paper takes the steel-concrete composite beam of Jiashan Tang Bridge as the research object, establishes the finite element analysis model of the bridge by MIDAS, and compares the finite element simulation analysis with the field load test results, the stress-strain distribution of steel-concrete composite beam under vehicle load is studied. The comparative study shows that the load test results are in good agreement with the finite element simulation results. The stress and deformation of the main beam under vehicle load are less than the theoretical value. The bridge is in elastic working state, and the overall working performance of the bridge is good. It has the strength and stiffness to bear the predetermined design load, which meets the design requirements.
