摘要
中跨合龙是大跨径斜拉桥施工中的关键环节,而影响中跨合龙施工的因素众多,以温度变化对中跨合龙的影响最大,因此短时间实现超长合龙段精确合龙显得尤为重要。以跨度>500m的双塔塔梁墩固结体系斜拉桥即长门特大桥中跨合龙施工为背景,分析超大跨径塔梁墩固结体系斜拉桥中跨合龙技术,通过长门特大桥中跨合龙施工工序和关键技术要点的研究,顺利实现中跨钢箱梁合龙。
Mid-span closure is a key link in the construction of long-span cable-stayed bridge, There are many factors affecting the mid-span closure construction, the temperature change has the greatest influence on the mid-span closure, therefore, it is particularly important to realize the precise closure of super long closure section in a short time.Based on the mid-span closure construction of Changmen Bridge, a cable-stayed bridge with a span of more than 500 m, with the tower-beam-pier consolidation system, this paper analyzes the mid-span closure technology of super long span cable-stayed bridge with tower-beam-pier consolidation system.Through the research on the construction process and key technical points of mid-span closure of Changmen Bridge, the mid-span steel box girder closure is successfully realized.
