摘要
系统阐述了多滚刀螺旋式破岩试验平台的组成部分、主要技术指标和能实现的主要试验测试,重点阐述了轴向推进系统和主驱动旋转系统的工作原理。然后对坚硬花岗岩进行了刀间距为60 mm和90 mm不同贯入度及转速条件下的4滚刀同时破岩试验,对轴向推进速度、刀盘转速、刀盘总推力和滚刀三向力传感器这些重要控制参数进行了验证,获得了较好的测试精度和稳定的工作性能。
This paper explained the components, main technical indexes and main tests of the multi-disc cutter spiral rock breaking test platform. The principle of axial propulsion system and main drive rotation system are elaborated in detail. Then, the rock breaking test used by 4 disc cutters with different penetration rate and rotating speeds for the cutter spacing of 60 mm and 90 mm is carried out on the large scale hard granite. The important control parameters such as axial propulsion speed, cutter head rotation speed, total thrust force of cutter head and three-way force sensor of disc cutter are verified. A better test accuracy and stable performance are obtained.
