摘要
结合2个超长混凝土墙体工程实例,介绍了超长混凝土墙体开裂的表现和特征,对比分析了开裂与不开裂墙体的温度、应变和约束应力,得出超长混凝土墙体开裂的主要原因是混凝土配合比及混凝土早期温差大但抗拉强度低,提出控制超长混凝土墙体开裂的技术措施。
Combined with two super long concrete wall engineering examples, this paper introduces the cracking performance and characteristics of super long concrete wall, compares and analyzes the temperature, strain and restraint stress of cracked and non cracked wall, and comes to the conclusion that the main reason for the cracking of super long concrete wall is the large concrete mix proportion and early temperature difference of concrete, but low tensile strength. The technical measures to control the cracking of super long concrete wall are put forward.
