摘要
以火龙果果皮为试材,采用超声波-微波协同萃取法,在原料中提取功能活性成分黄酮,研究其对重金属离子的吸附作用。结果表明:超声波-微波协同萃取提取火龙果果皮黄酮最优工艺为料液比为1:25 g·mL^(-1)、提取功率240 W、提取时间60 s,提取率的平均值为6.9316 mg·g^(-1),3个影响因素作用依次为A料液比>B提取功率>C提取时间。该研究为火龙果果皮深加工提供参考依据。
The pitaya peel were used as the research object with the ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction method to extract flavonoids,functional active ingredients,from the raw materials to study their adsorption of heavy metal ions.The results showed that the optimal conditions for the ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction of pitaya peel were obtained as follows material to liquid ratio 1:25 g·mL^(-1),extraction power 240 W,extraction time 60 seconds,and the average extraction rate was 6.9316 mg·g^(-1),where in material to liquid ratio>extraction power>extraction time.This study can provide a certain reference for the development of pitaya peel.
