基于校企合作模式的“双师型”师资队伍建设探析

On the Construction of“Double-Qualified”Faculty based on the Mode of School Enterprise Cooperation

随着部分地方普通本科高校向应用型转变,构建一支“双师型”教师队伍是实现应用型人才培养的保障。本文以此类高校为研究对象,以职业院校的发展经验为参考,通过对“双师型”教师队伍建设中存在的问题进行分析,阐述应用型本科院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的对策,为同类院校的师资队伍建设提供借鉴。

The transformation of some local universities to application-orienteduniversities and the construction of a“double-qualified”faculty are the guarantee of the training of applied talents.Taking this kind of universities as the research object and the development experience of vocational colleges as reference,through the analysis of the problems existing in the construction of the“double-qualified”faculty,this paper expounds the countermeasures of the construction of the“double-qualified”faculty in the applied undergraduate colleges,and provides reference for the construction of the teachers’team in the same type of colleges.
