University archives record the traces of students and faculty,learning and life in school,and witness the growth and development of the school.Based on the research of archives work in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the problems existing in archives work in colleges and universities,and provides feasible suggestions for the construction of archives work in colleges and universities,so as to improve and perfect the way and level of archives service,and improve the satisfaction of archives users.
