英语教师职前教育实践课程设置体系及模式

摘要 在中小学教育转型的背景下,教师受教育程度和实践创新能力日益受到关注。合理的职前教育课程设置不仅是培养优秀人才的有效途径,也是提高其专业能力和核心素质的保证。从准教师专业发展的角度,阐述了构建英语教师职前教育实践课程体系的意义和必要性。本文以终身教育理论为指导,针对当前教育实践课程中存在的问题,提出了实践课程应坚持的原则,重点探讨了职前教育实践模式的优化措施,希望能为英语教师职前教育实践课程改革提供参考。 In the context of the transformation of primary and secondary education,teachers’education level and practical innovation ability are increasingly concerned.Reasonablepre-employment education curriculum is not only an effective way to cultivate excellent candidates,but also a guarantee to improve their professional ability and core quality.From the perspective of prospective teachers’professional development,this paper expounds the significance and necessity of the construction of English teachers’pre-employment education practice curriculum system.Guided by the theory of lifelong education,aiming at the problems in the current education practice curriculum,this paper puts forward the principles that the practice curriculum should adhere to,and focuses on the optimization measures of pre-employmentt education practice mode,hoping to provide reference for the reform of English teachers’pre-employment education practice curriculum.
