老城区医疗卫生建筑的更新改造——以某社区卫生服务中心改扩建工程为例

Renewal and Renovation of Medical and Health Buildings in the Old City——A Case Study of the Renovation and Expansion Project of a Community Health Service Center

以南京泰山街道社区卫生服务中心改扩建项目为例,分析了现有医疗建筑由于建成时间较早,医疗空间布局陈旧,治疗需求无法获得满足的现状。为保持医疗建筑活力,提升现有院区整体品质,与城市共同实现可持续发展,在改扩建时从优化医疗动线、整合医疗功能、优化周边环境及绿色节能等方面入手进行优化设计,为其他类似医院改扩建提供设计参考。

This paper takes the reconstruction and extension project of community health service center in Taishan street of Nanjing as an example, analyzes the existing medical buildings due to the early completion of the medical space layout obsolete, treatment needs can not be met, in order to maintain the vitality of medical buildings, improve the overall quality of existing hospitals and achieve sustainable development together with the city, during the renovation and expansion, the optimization design should be carried out from the aspects of optimizing the medical movement line, integrating medical functions, optimizing the surrounding environment and green energy saving, so as to provide design reference for other similar hospitals rebuilding and expanding.
