摘要
介绍了某热轧生产线工程电气照明工程区域的分布,其中,主厂房照明在整体照明工程中占2/3以上,通过分析主厂房照明不同生产工况和场所对照明的需求,提出了通过采用自动化系统不同的程序控制方式,实现对不同区域照明的差异化控制方案。灵活的控制不仅方便了生产操作,还可在照明节能降耗上取得可观的经济效益。
In this paper, we introduces the lighting of the main workshop of HSM project. In the workshop the lighting of the main workshop accounts for more than 2/3 of the overall lighting project. Based on the analysis of different production conditions and lighting requirements of the main workshop, different program control methods of automatic system are proposed to realize the differentiated control scheme of lighting in different areas. The flexible control not only facilitates the production operation, but also achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction in lighting.
