摘要
基于某大规模填海造陆工程,根据现状交通条件调研数据、工期安排、物料分布情况等资料,分析了3个供料场至施工区物料运输的可行路线,计算了一般路段、无信号控制交叉口、信号控制交叉口的通行能力,确定了路线上影响运输效率的节点和瓶颈。部分信号控制交叉口是主要交通瓶颈,通行能力主要受信号配时和通行相位的影响;无信号控制交叉口对物料运输效率的影响较小,但大型运输车辆的通行会对其他车辆造成较大的影响。提出了施工期物料运输的优选运输路线和备选路线,提出运输路线上各节点和交通瓶颈的交通组织优化方案,提出了施工期全过程的交通运输组织动态调整方案。
A large scale project of reclamation engineering was selected as research object. According to present situation of traffic condition, project time-limit, location of materials store yard etc. Potential transit routes were selected from 3 materials store yards to construction area. The traffic capacity of general road, un-signalized intersections and signalized intersections were calculated. Important key nodes and traffic bottlenecks were confirmed. Traffic capacity is mainly affected by the signalized intersections, signal timing and passing phase is the main factors. Un-signalized intersections have less effect on the efficiency of material handling, but the passage of large transport vehicles can cause great influence on other social vehicles. The optimization and alternative transit routes were proposed, the traffic organization and optimization scheme of each key nodes and traffic bottlenecks were given, dynamic transportation organization adjustment scheme during the whole construction process were put forward.
