摘要
以福州地铁4号线第3标段车辆段工程项目为依托,对标准化和机械化程度要求高、品质定位优的钻孔灌注桩钢筋笼的加工制作项目,特别是对规模大、工期要求紧,钢筋笼成型精度及质量要求高的大中型项目,分析其钻孔灌注桩钢筋笼的生产过程。研究结果表明,采用钢筋笼滚焊机后,在进度、质量、经济等方面效果显著,可为后续类似工程施工提供参考。
Based on the car depot project of Fuzhou Metro Line 4 section 3, for standardization and mechanization degree of high requirements, drilling pile reinforcement cage processing project with excellent project quality positioning, especially for large scale, tight construction period, high requirements of steel cage forming precision and quality large and medium-sized projects, the production process of reinforced cage of bored pile is analyzed. The results show that the progress, quality, economy and other aspects of the reinforcement cage welding machine are remarkable, which can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
