摘要
为保证在机测量精度的可靠可信,本文从测头精度、机床精度、测量工艺和温度影响4个方面论述了五轴数控机床在机测量精度提升方法,供读者参考。
In order to ensure the reliability of on-line measurement accuracy, this paper discusses the method of improving the on-machine measurement accuracy of five axis machine tools from four aspects of probe accuracy, machine tool accuracy, measurement technology and temperature influence, so as to provide reference for readers.
