摘要
初拉力弹簧的绕制是决定其初拉力值的关键工序,介绍了两种不同的初拉力弹簧绕制工艺,并紧钢丝法和增加扭矩法;设计出一种初拉力弹簧绕制装置;当初拉力超出设计要求时,可根据实际情况进行初拉力值的调整,如减小弹簧的自由长度、减小整数圈、提高回火温度或进行强拉。
At the beginning of the winding tension spring is the key to decide its initial tension value, the two kinds of different initial tension spring winding method, tight and increase torque method were introduced. A initial tension winding tooling was designed. The initial tension can be adjusted according to actual condition of tension when the initial tension beyond the designed requirements, such as reducing free length of spring, reducing the integerring, increasing tempering temperature or strong pull.
