飞机刹车系统液压响应试验激励信号方法 被引量:1

摘要 在飞机刹车系统液压响应试验中,动态信号分析仪输出功率有限,无法直接驱动BCV工作,利用继电器作为中继功率放大装置连接动态信号分析仪实现功率放大驱动BCV的功能。此外,需要向BCV(刹车控制阀)注入一组阶跃与扫频叠加的组合激励信号,该信号无法手动操作动态信号分析仪实现。通过GPIB总线编程控制动态信号分析仪并利用线程(thread)的方法实现该信号输出,很好满足了试验需求。 In the hydraulic response test of aircraft brake system, the output power of dynamic signal analyzer is limited,so it cannot drive BCV directly. The relay is used to connect the dynamic signal analyzer as relay power amplifier to realize the function of power amplification to drive BCV. In addition, a set of step and sweep combined excitation signals need to be injected into the BCV(brake control valve), which cannot be achieved by manual operation of the dynamic signal analyzer.The dynamic signal analyzer is controlled by GPIB bus programming and the signal output is realized by THREAD method,which well meets the test requirements.
