简述了煤制乙二醇装置转型生产草酰胺的现实意义、政策环境与市场导向﹔介绍了草酰胺装置的工艺路线、煤制乙二醇装置转型的工艺路线;并对煤制乙二醇装置转型的经济性进行了分析,展望了未来。
With the rapid development of the industrialization of coal to ethylene glycol,the contradiction between the rapid growth of coal to ethylene glycol domestic production capacity and the centralized single consumption field of ethylene glycol downstream is becoming significant.The development of oxalamide and other refinement in coal to ethylene glycol plant is of great significance to the diversification and refinement development of the whole industry.Oxalamide is a high-efficient slow-release fertilizer encouraged by industrial policy.Dimethyl oxalate produced in the process of coal to ethylene glycol is used as a platform compound to analyze the feasibility of its transformation to produce oxalamide in coal to ethylene glycol plant from both aspects of process route and economy.
