摘要
目的研究小剂量间歇补铁法联合金双歧三联活菌治疗缺铁性贫血(IDA)患儿对其免疫功能、铁代谢的影响。方法选取本院我科2018年4月—2020年4月期间97例IDA患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组48例给予小剂量间歇补铁法治疗,观察组49例增加金双歧三联活菌片,对比两组患儿血液学和铁代谢水平、免疫功能。结果观察组血清血红蛋白(Hb)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、血清铁(SI)、红细胞(RBC)水平高于对照组,血清总铁结合力(TIBC)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量间歇补铁法联合金双歧三联活菌治疗IDA患儿效果明显,能够有效提高患儿肠道吸收能力,强化免疫功能,改善血液学和铁代谢水平,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effects of intermittent low-dose iron supplementation combined with Golden Bifico Birid Triple Viable on the immune function and iron metabolism of children with iron deficiency anemia(IDA).Methods A total of 97 children with IDA treated in the Department of Pediatrics from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects who were grouped by random number table method.There were 48 cases in the control group treated with intermittent low-dose iron supplementation,and 49 cases in the observation group treated with intermittent low-dose iron supplementation in combination with Golden Bifico Birid Triple Viable.The iron metabolism and immune function of children were compared between two groups.Results The serum hemoglobin(Hb),serum ferritin(SF),serum iron(SI)and red blood cell(RBC)levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,but the serum total iron binding capacity(TIBC)level was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intermittent low-dose iron supplementation combined with Golden Bifico Birid Triple Viable has obvious effect in the treatment of children with IDA,which can effectively improve the intestinal absorption capacity,strengthen immune function,and improve the hematology and iron metabolism of children.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
