摘要
一二次设备的融合是输配电技术发展趋势,也是市场发展的必然结果。近年来,随着电网智能化建设的需求,开关设备的智能化发展呈现出强劲势头,迫使一二次设备加快技术融合,实现智能化功能。通过对智能化融合开关的深入分析和研究表明,在原有相当大存量但不具备一二次融合功能的柱上开关进行改造,通过加装电子式电压电流互感器、信号汇集转换单元、配电开关监控终端(Feeder Terminal Unit,FTU)等零部件使升级改造后的柱上开关成套装置具备测量、计量以及控制等功能。通过工程改造经验表明,柱上开关升级改造,技术上具备操作的可行性,经济上能节约部分资金,避免资源浪费。
The fusion of primary and secondary equipment is the development trend of power transmission and distribution technology and the inevitable result of market development.In recent years,with the demand of the intelligent construction of power grid,the intelligent development of switch equipment has shown a strong momentum,forcing the first and second equipment to speed up the integration of technology to achieve intelligent functions.Through the deep analysis and research of the intelligent fusion switch,it is shown that a considerable amount of the original on-column switch which does not have the function of primary and secondary fusion is reformed,by adding electronic voltage and current transformer,signal collecting and converting unit,Feeder Terminal Unit(FTU)and other parts,the upgraded on-column switch set has the functions of measurement,measurement and control.Through the experience of engineering reconstruction,it is proved that the column switch upgrading is technically feasible and can save part of funds and avoid waste of resources economically.
