高效配网自动化智能告警短信算法的研究

随着配网自动化建设规模不断扩大,电力系统对配网监控设备的要求也越来越高,因此值得进一步研究如何让监控告警方式更加智能、告警内容更加醒目精炼。现阶段调度人员可以远程实时监控设备的运行状态,而现场运维人员缺少一定的手段来监控设备的运行状态。目前,广东电网有限责任公司江门供电局现场运维人员可以通过告警短信的方式来反映被监控设备的运行状态,该项目通过研究一种算法,将多个告警信号整合成一个智能告警信号,以精简的短信方式发送给运维人员,使运维人员快速响应,达到迅速消除故障的目的。
