摘要
当输电线路接地网因腐蚀而产生截面积减小或断裂的情况时,雷电流将无法快速泄入大地,从而威胁铁塔附近人员的安全。为提高输电线路接地网使用寿命,降低设备腐蚀速率,在分析现有接地网防腐措施特点的基础上,利用超音速火焰喷涂技术制备了一种NiCr金属陶瓷涂层。通过试验涂层硬度、耐腐蚀性能以及电气性能等,结果表明,喷涂有NiCr金属陶瓷涂层的接地网电气性能可以满足输电线路接地网的要求,并且抗锈蚀性能优于原有接地网。
When the cross-sectional area of the transmission line grounding network is reduced or fractured due to corrosion,the lightning current will not be able to quickly discharge into the earth,thus threatening the safety of people near the tower.In order to improve the service life of transmission line grounding grid and reduce the corrosion rate of equipment,a NiCr cermet coating was prepared by supersonic flame spraying technology on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the existing anti-corrosion measures of grounding grid.Through the test of coating hardness,corrosion resistance and electrical performance,the results show that the electrical performance of the grounding grid sprayed with NiCr cermet coating can meet the requirements of the transmission line grounding grid,and the corrosion resistance is better than the original grounding grid.
